POUCH COVE - OUR HOME BY THE SEA

The Pouch Cove Heritage Society selected a book team to write and edit a new book about the history and heritage of our community. Thanks to contributions from dozens of people, we have a 186 page spiral-bound, large format, paperback book with more than twenty sections and 230 historic photographs, guiding the reader through all aspects of the history of Pouch Cove, Shoe Cove and Biscayan Cove.

 

The book has wonderful stories from local residents and former residents.  We sorted through seven hundred photographs and hours of stories. We are very pleased and proud of the result.  The book is a labour of love, that will generate funds for future heritage projects.  By purchasing a copy you are supporting the work we are doing as well as having your own record of the stories that have made Pouch Cove a wonderful place to call home.

The cost is $30. Shipping is $17 in Canada and $20 to the United States. A discount is available for shipping of multiple copies. Contact us for shipping to other countries.
